Every development plan is divided into a series of sprints. Each sprint has its own objectives, and we set priorities together with you during the initial analysis phase. Typically a sprint lasts for two weeks, but this can change depending on the specific situation.
Agile on the inside.
What we talk about when we talk about agile
It isn’t a new concept. But it will help you trial new ideas. For us agile is a mindset, not a methodology, a way of working that incorporates the rapid feedback and responsiveness you need to innovate, regardless of the size and structure of your organisation.
Our interpretation of agile development starts with careful attention to culture and work environment. We aim to create the conditions for every team member to work collaboratively, both within the team and when working with our clients.

Agile means participation
when every team member is prepared to get in the game, group decisions are more robust.
Agile means collaboration
because we all bring a unique perspective, and constructive communication lets the best ideas rise to the top.
Agile means transparency
a positive and open relationship with our clients means we can set the right course early on, and correct when necessary.

Break it up: plan, schedule, start
Continuous feedback: a stitch in time saves nine
We believe that good communication is fundamental to success, and within our project teams we encourage debate as a way to the best solution. If something isn’t clear, we’ll check before proceeding. If something comes up, we’ll incorporate rather than ignore it.
Flexibility: sometimes the game changes
At the end of the sprint, we share the results. Sometimes it all goes according to plan and we can move on to the next stage. Sometimes your requirements change, and if they do, we’ll work with you to re-plan, re-prioritise and work out the best way forward.
